ROSMY was Virginia’s oldest and largest LGBTQIA+ organization that helped youths be themselves through access to support, education and advocacy. After 25 years of service, ROSMY decided it was time for a change. My team and I renamed the organization SIDE BY SIDE, crafted a new identity system, and built a relevant strategic direction for today’s members and potential members so it can tell a compelling story for the next 25 years and beyond.
